where do you stand?

How's everyones diet planning going? I've been bulking for the last 6 months and have made pretty good gains. Been on Swolecat's SUP for the million'th time :D Everything is about as good as it can be going for me drug free. I plan to add another 10-15lbs on my frame before deciding to cut up a bit. Can't wait to see what it all looks like under there:cool: What about you guys?
 
well as you know I started back on SUP last monday, looking to gain 20lbs before I cut again.
 
been on S G X for about 7.5 weeks roughly and responding nicely...started at around 194-195ish...currently i'd say i'm about 182 as i haven't weighed myself in a few weeks...no need to when the mirror says it all...actually that reminds me i need to clip myself to check out my BF%...not accurate, i know but it's a guage...would like to be around 175ish breaking into the single digit BF% and hold that look for a while before getting on SUP...been up and down for a while as bulking comes pretty easy with my appetite...looking to be a swole a** asian when all is said and done... :D

actually, i take that back, looking to acquire G4E's physique when all is said and done... :)

oh yea...forgot to add that i'd like to be stage ready by next fall, or spring 06'...somewhere along the lines of 200 @ 6%...we'll see how that goes. ;)
 
im doin good with mine...im workin off of very lil carbs & im fine:) its scary, im havin fun with dietin....i think im losin it

anyway, we should keep every 1 updated

im just tryin 2 cut, so i can do a clean bulk & then just go from there....

im thinkin clen/t3, but i dont like the idea of usin t3 without some kind of test....so we'll c
 
damm i've been on a diet since june and everything has gone very good...2 more weeks and its bulking time.... the weird thing is i still have a gut a much smaller gut but its still there lol...and still a cubby face...

starting weight is going to be 250 i hope to get up to 265-270 when my bulkers done...

my bulker is going to be rather heavy this time around running it for about 24 weeks and then gonna go straight into a cutter....

i dont think i will be comeing off for a long long time.....
 
oh yeah and this bulker i am going to try and do a clean bulk...nothing major i just dont want to add alot more fat...

besides i dont want to get that heavy ever again unless its all muscle lol....i know im dreaming
 
if you do a clean bulk, proper diet and still do cardio, your fat gain should be very little

I feel your pain. I have been on T3 for the past week and getting about 50-75 grams of carbs each day.... post work out.
I am exausted. But... down 5 lbs.
My protein is 250-350 grams a day. I don't know if I can take another week of this.

i only do clean bulks now....i think the days of eatin everythin & packin on everythin includin fat is kinda out

even pros these days seem 2 put on quality lbs durrin the off season....but then theres some that litterally look like the would pop if u hit them with a pin

i have very good results with a clean bulk....ill cheat mayb 1 a week or so, have a pizza or somethin, but more or less its just lots of clean carbs....i toss in cardio, brisk walk 3-4x a week which i think helps out keepin the fat in check....o well right :)
