Personally, I didn't even know it was Super Bowl Sunday, that's how meaningless the whole she-bang is for me.
Yeah, sure, they are all talented this and that, blah blah blah, but who cares, really?
I took the wife and kids to the Franklin Museum in Philadelphia so we could see the Leonardo DeVinci exhibit. It was very interesting, educational, and mentally stimulating, not to mention a great outing for the family which ended at a steak restaurant and a nice cozy fire after the baths were done.
An absolutely fine day, and all without TV.
I intend on many more days like it!

I think that there was three other people who didn't watch it either.

I had no interest and it was one of the best match ups on paper in ages. . .

shit's just boring to me now minus lifting I am losing a great deal of appreciation for things - it's starting to piss me off. I used to NEVER miss it.

You guys missed a good game. I only wanted to see Pitt LOSE in a close one, and it worked out perfect! :D

i didnt watch it either. dont much care for pro ball. if the SaInts aint playin i just d.g.a.f. Me and my sister actually went to IHOP (i know right, definitely not on my "lean mass diet") and then to Walmart to buy groceries for the week. i didnt even feel like i missed anything...had fun hangin with my sister tho lol she's my party buddy

I didnt watch it, I didnt have any money to gamble this year, so I didnt bother.

Im all for museums and learning and things like that

but i pretty much love all sports

Didn't watch it either. Just wasn't in a TV mood sunday night.

Yeah, I know...I'm out there...be the first one to say it too!
On a side note, couldn't have been a better day for the family!

didn't watch it. the pats weren't playing so no point.

I'm 10 mins from boston ... you hit foxboro ever ? Or Gillette whatever they want to call it now

send me a pm bro, i'm about 15 min south of the city. been to patriot place many times.

Not a big football fan here but still hold high respect for the sport and enjoy watching it if it's on. I had to drive up to the stadium and drop family off for the bowl so I figured I'd check it out considering I train right next to the thing.

My GF and I went out the night before and got thrashed... Slept through tje entire game...

I always wonder what people do that don't watch the Superbowl, never miss it, its such a part of the culture, would feel too weird to miss out on it.

I spent the day with my family at a museum, had a nice dinner out, then went home, got the kids a bath, and relaxed by a fire. Perfect day.
