Gotta love the asshole at 55 seconds. Is his name Branch warren. I'll do enough to get the job done, but nothing is worth risking a tear. Especially if youre on gear. much easier to do

Only times I tore a muscle was on. Tren both times, and the only 2x I ever ran it - batting 1000!
