This is the diet that I worked up to do my version of the keto diet. I ran this at the beginning of last year and I lost a lot of fat with it. After about 3 months on it I began to level off as far as fat loss. I also noticed that my muscles became flat obviously because of very little carbs. Once I got used to it I liked it. After about 5 months on it I started cheating a little too much then it just went out the window!!

total calories = 2626
fat = 1969.5
carbs = 131.3
protein = 525.2

1 turkey burger 200 23g 0g 11g
2 slices swiss cheese 140 10g 0g 10g
1 serv broccoli 30 2g 4g 0g

Meal 4
1 scoop whey protein 150 25g 4g 3g
1 1/2 cups almond milk 45 1.5g 1.5g 1.25g
2 tblspns heavy cream 104 0g 0g 12g

Meal 5
3oz chicken 100 18g 2g 1g

I tried to get to the totals that are listed above but I figured screw it I'll go with this. I copied and pasted this so I'm sorry that it came out kind of weird. At the top with meal one you'll notice the columns of protein carbs and fats.

How's your blood lipids on this diet?

Honestly I never had my bloodwork done when I was heavy into this. I'll do it this time.

What's your starting weight?

That time I started at about 230. I went down to 208 in about a month and then back up to 212 and then I leveled off between 212 and 215. One thing I did not do was lower my cals as I lost fat. I'll try that this time. This time my weight is about 225. I think I'm a little bit leaner that I was then too. I'll run some tren along with this diet soon too.

i started my new diet/training plan yesterday....i plan to start a log today...i cut my cals in half and am at around 120-140g carbs....im at 220 now and am trying to get down to about 200 before adding anymore aas and training heavier.....
 
That's cool. Clutch you and me are similar height and weight. I've basically been doing this diet during the week at work but on the weekends its almost been a free for all for me. My wife is Mexican and a wonderful cook. She made some sweet corn tamales that I need to finish off before I start heavy on this diet...lol
 
omg i love mexican food....REAL mexican food....ya im gonna run this 7 days a week until i drop 20 lbs....ill have a small cheat meal once a week but im really gonna keep it clean........
