Your Protein Intake..

How much protein are you guys taking in everyday? I'm at 450g now, but am bumping it up to 500 :)
 
ive actually had great things happen when its up around there + if ur gona over eat anythin theres nothin wrong with it bein protein

true, as long as you make sure to drink a ton of water ;)
 
I personally don't think it needs to be extraordinarily high, unless you're cutting carbs down or out. If you're keeping glycogen levels full and taking aminos between meals, you've got a constant pool of glycogen, glucose, and aminos to be alriight w/ 1.5-20 grams per pound of bw. As long as you are consistent! I think it's beneficial though to go up higher from time to time. I'm weighing about 185 right now and my protein intake is:

Training Days - 280 Grams
Non Trainiing Days - 370 Grams

My carb intake rotates according to training days and non training days so I stay around the same caloric intake day to day.
