I had a hard time with rack deadlifts too. It just felt awkward getting the lift started for some reason.

Bro, never seen your workout journal before. Why are you doing high reps for upper and low for lower body? Just a question....
 
10 reps is high reps to me. I usually don't do anything more than 4-6 reps. Unless it's a warm up.

Ooops I mean pullthrus before box squats. I always do em after.
