yeah I go 2weeks bands, 2weeks raw, 2weeks chains repeat. I really love chains though prolly more than bands dunno why but I do
However, I hate carrying them into the gym

Well my lower back was feeling weird from the start today so I decided to cut out my lower back work. Also I forgot to wear my chuck taylors to the gym so I had to wear my tennis shoes. They weren't actually that bad I have heel supports in the tennis and when I took them out I actually felt like I was sitting back on my heels more b/c my shoe was lower in the heel. Overall great day and the squats felt easier this week than last so all is good.
 
I hate squating with a close stance...it's like impossible for me lol. Good job bro..

I actually like it. It makes really hard and feels like it hits the quads.

Seated DB shoulder press- 70'sx5 100'sx3cake 130'sxstapled I suck again

Front db shoulder raises- 50'sx5 shoulder started cramping

Done

My form sucks off the chest. I am not staying tight it's like I expect the weight to press itself or something. I dunno but deloading next week going to take it real easy. Then going to start my new program, first week will be 455 for singles in the shirt then i'll work from there.

yeah I used to do that. I dunno what's wrong anymore. I used to be so tight out of the hole that the fucking weight exploded off my chest. Anymore it's all brute strength getting it off of me
 
Dont loose your focus. It isnt about just being a brute. Think about the entire movement. Different firing points. What the lift will look and feel like. I am telling you it will keep you going to the promised land. It requires discipline just like everything else.

I hear ya man. Next week on my deload day i'll do some singles with 275 to try and get my form back.

I may take friday completely depending on how I feel. If I do lift It will be some light singles with 275 to work on form. One good note from today is that my arch was awesome and my ROM was very short. I think it also might be from my belly getting bigger

Great workout today very fast paced. The cambered bar rows killed me. I can't wait to go back to a normal bar after doing them.

Workout was awesome today. I have never did Rack Squat before so I didn't no where to start as far as weight goes. I had more in me but since this was the first time I figured i'd stop. I'm going to just start killing myself in my workouts. I figure since I am taking every 4th week off I can do this, so heavy weights here I come
 
Thanks guys. I'm sick of pussy footing around with my squat. I want a bigger squat i'm going to have to earn it so that's exactly what i'm going to do

F6 Shirt Bench:
405xNT back slipped on bench but pressed up easily
455xNT fought for awhile still 1-2inches away
475x1x5sets Was still hard to touch, but my last rep was my best and flew up easily

Floor Press Middle finger on ring-

+1pair big 1pair small chains
135x7 225x7 275x7 had a couple reps left in the tank

Tricep extensions- 50x20 70x20

BB Curls

Really like this type of workout. It gives me a ton of work in my shirt and that's what I need. I felt really strong today and will go up to 485-495next week depending on how I feel.

Elbows were hurting so I cut out the speed bench. I really like this workout though and am thinking of setting a goal for 315x7 on the incline before this school year is out.
