What are your thoughts on vitamin water? I tried it for the first time today, tastes ok to me. I can't drink plain water, I lose intrest in it before I get the first 8 oz down. But I think I can handle this stuff. Diet soda is starting to give me indegestion.

vit water is pretty good at quenching your thirst while having some decent flavors. It is much better than soda. Stay away from that crap!

I love it...Girl swears by it...Much better option then Soda...

i am not relying on it for the vitamins, just wondered what ppls thoughts were on it.

I enjoy some of the vitamin waters and I think its just a added bonus like you said you are not relying on them as your main source

Whats makes SourceOfLife vitamins quality so popular any feedback? thanks

all natural and has the highest bio availablity

Good substitute if you dont like water but nothing will ever replace it.

Its not supposed to be a water substitute. It is a gatorade substitute.

I drank this after my workouts and practices. and it was alright I felt more energy thats it. For my vitamins now a days I take muti-vitamins and 1000mg vitamins C [About twice a day].

By any means no drink should sever as a water replacement.

I never drink that crap....basically sugar water with just enough low quality vitamins to put the word on the label. Although sports drinks like Gatoraed have proven more effecient at hydrating an athlete than plain H2O, there is nothing more efficient at detoxification and cleansing the system especially the kidneys than plain water. Juice and soft drinks are full of empty calories, and bottled juice is void of most nutrients and enzymes as are most processed foods. I use spring water for the trace minerals, but tap water is fine. Except for my morning coffee and an occasional cup of green tea, I drink nothing but water.

Rather just drink water and spend the $$ saved on Steak and Chicken.. But It does seem like a decent substitute for those addicted to diet sodas.
