My father-in-law and his wife watch the baby and generally make supper.  Hell it's gotta be some kind of pork 2 or 3 times a week.  I hate that shit.  He says his cousins "still own a 600 acre pig farm on the rhine."  Yeah, who cares.  If I don't eat it they catch attitude so here's what I do:  I eat something else that night and refuse to sit with them at the table (all about power, baby) then the leftovers go to work with me for lunch.  There I throw them in the garbage and eat what I want.  This has worked so well I actually lost 36 pounds since last June and kept it off for two months now.
