    I'm not sure about the anti inflammatory benefits of NPP, I expect that there is some but the papers that I have seen only concerned deca. 400mgs/wk imo is good. I have run 400mgs/wk of deca for up to two years at a time. I don't suggest that you do that.

    Deca reduces joint pain by reducing inflammation via by the cell mediated immune system. Please don't ask me to explain how but I have read a few papers on it. IMO npp gives a dryer better look.
