I need some advice as I'm a relative newbie here.
First off, just some personal onfo and history. I've started gong onto TRT 18 moths ago after getting tested. My Score was 280 ng/dL. The endocronologist put my on DHEA, DHT Blockers, Vitamiin D (5000mg) and magnesium, and small amounts af aromatise inhibitors taken weekly. He put me om 100mg of phrama grade Test per week.. Afer a few months I did bloodwork and it my T tested in the upper acceptable range.
So after consulting Chat GPT for some advice (as one do), A asked what a good cycle would be for me to gain some muscle. I'm currently at 10% body fat, colesterol at 4,2, and realtively fit. Slighly low blood pressure,
Chat GPT is Suggesting 500mg T per week for 12 months wit a comprehensive PCT program afterwards to maintain the gains. Also blood works at the beginning ,half way and a t the end, I'll priorise protien throughout and maitnain a calorie surplus . Any dangers I should be aware of? Any advice would be appreciated as a do still want to life long happy life:)
Another random question. After the cycle, should i go back onto normal TRT or go off completely with the PCT program. Or juts taper down to 100g per week?
I know this is a mouth full. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
You seem to know what to do. I personally would stay on the TRT. I like periodically running some nolvadex and or HCG.
 
If you're on track you are most likely on cypionate which is usually compounded at 200 mg/ml. I'm not a Dr so any thing I say is to be taken with a grain of salt. I would just double the dose to 400 or 500 for 12 to 16 weeks. Not 12 months. As far as ancillaries for me, the less stuff I take the better. But listen to your Dr. Not me.
 
Yeah 500 mg a week works for me. But a cycle to gain some muscle? There's endless combinations of choices one could make. You want bulky muscle or ripped muscle? What's the limit of side effects you're willing to tolerate? But welcome to the board brother. Good guys here that will help ya out.
