been dieting so I'm 190lbs (no clue after carb up) 5'7..but I like to say 5'8 :)

no, I usually just do that for my last meal on non-training days. I workout late so I have carbs in my last meal..
 
I forfeit....buff and G4E both look cut....and I still look like a fat pig.

that explains why i havent been growing off his advice of 23 sets of 15 reps each per bodypart...he also told me to eat 2 meals per day, said breakfast was what put fat onto people (i think he meant you)....... :flute:
