It's the blood most animals that prey on others can sniff out blood from very far especially sharks

The ocean ostrich is also very sensitive to the presence of blood in the water. It has been known to sense the presence of menstrual blood in the water from over five miles away. And you do not want to tangle with an ocean ostrich. They make sharks look like elementary school bullies.

No you can still swim Player, your Va-jay-jay won't attract them
Idk about that but I can tell you that that week of salt water did temporarily help my hemorrhoids.
