Your looking good. Best of luck ttu. Any chance we can get a peak at what your going to be doing these next 10 weeks?
 
same thign i have been doing for the past 3 weeks...

FOOD:
1100 cal diet
115 grams protien
35 grams fat
40 grams carbs
NO carbs after 5 pm

WORKOUT:
1 hour of AM cardio M/W/F/S/S
and 1 hour of PM cardio T/TH

rotating a 3 day split 4 days a week
legs/calves
chest/upper back/bi's
lower back/shoulders/tri's
(75% supersets)

SUPS:
100 mg's primo a week
10 mg's Var E/D
T3 7 on 5 off
clen 1 week on /1 week off
stackers W/ ephedria 1 week on/1week off

looking VERY good! I cannot believe that you can survive on 1100 calories. I would starve to death. Props to you for being able to stick to it. Best of luck!

they are at musclesci...

Im not sure how im living on 1100 cals either.. I sleep ALOT!
