Just watched the full show on YT. The guys are a little down sized but damn still far from beleivable of being natty, as many of them discuss in the interviews. Deca was big back then, but guess that was out since it can be detected for over a year. What you guys think - test prop & orals leading up to the show?

What's interesting to me is if they all knew back THEN this info posted above. I mean afterall, no internet back then. Nobody was used to getting tested, so not like they even needed to have a reason to know. I mean I can see guys who were brainiacs like Zane reading up on it, but the average O competitor?

Based on that chart, I'm kinda surprised about a couple things. Tren ace stays in the system 4-5 months, but parabolan only 4-5 weeks? Also about injectable winny & dbol staying around much longer than the oral version.

I don't know if test suspension was big back then, but with that short detection time, certainly seems the way to go. Looks like running prop, test suspension, var & winny, one coulda got around it and still held alot of gains. I never ran suspension, but I believe I heard it can make one hold alot of water - anyone know from experience?

I remember from that vid I posted in Anabolic Section long ago - Tom Platz interviewing several guys, including Dillet, Coleman, Priest - they all said they dropped all injectables about 3 weeks out from a show to lose some of the water bloat. Guessing they did the same in '90 also, since those interviews took place in the early 90's.

Susp/tne along with tren ace was one of my favorite cycles. I always ran a light dose (250-300mgs wk) of cyp/enth as my test foundation but then again I wasn't worried about getting tested.

the easiest way to pass a piss test isnt to piss clean, its to pass

there were lots of rumors of competitors pissing clean or getting out of test altogether by sleeping with judges or other influential people. i believe the weiders def had a say on who would be actually tested. all smoke and mirrors man
