1st run on dnp and other

It's only been 4 days haven't noticed much as in fat loss and I'm not really expecting to see a shredded body I'm just going over day by day what I experience

I know a lot of people are going to be curious as to what my diet is on a regular of what I eat

applesauce for them sweet craving

Beef broth
Steak
Salad
Fish
Chicken... Getting tired of chicken if my girl cooks me chicken again I'm going to pack it all in her lunch
Light Almond milk 30 cal
Tea unsweetened
Turkey
Egg whites
granola
oatmeal
wild rice
Beans

Normal serving sizes

Snacks:

Rice cakes
Popcorn
Trail mix
Stuff like that

I typically eat relatively clean
Do to the fact I Owen a grill and enjoy it
My cals are low 1000-1500 i understand that's a big gap but some days if I have a sweet craving I'll do a protein shake and a protein bar with peanut butter

Normal typical clean diet...

So ...my experience so far..

well lets start here...
I do have t3 hadn't used any yet I'm thinking of starting

what I've experienced and noticed on my run of DNP I started January 5th 2016

Day 1

250 dnp once in the am
1 eca stack also

I felt lethargic at the gym kinda sick ..the ECA helped out acid reflux was bad probably 10 minutes after I popped the Dnp my throat felt like it was on fire went away after about 15-20 minutes

Day 2
1/6/16. 214lbs

250dnp at 9 am and once again at 9pm
2 eca stacks also

I've noticed that I felt my throat burning after I popped it within 10 minutes it went away after about 20 minutes felt like I didn't have much energy took an ECA stack ephedrine caffeine did not take the aspirin and it help me feel like I can move around again

Day 3

250dnp 9 am and once again at 9pm
2 eca stack

throat was on fire luckily after about15 minutes it went away
felt really sick at the gym little dizzy, but I went pretty hard in the gym. the ECA did help a good bit
I noticed when I was trying to sleep i felt a little clammy . my chest started to sweat a little bit when I was trying to sleep. I've also noticed I had to use the bathroom more frequently sometimes two to three times a day and yes I'm talking about number #2. I've also noticed it's always soft stool.. so that's telling me that I have been staying pretty hydrated and I also have to wake up in the night to pee idk why but it's what I've noticed...?

Day 4

again as normal throat was on fire feels like I've taken a drink of hot sauce same as previous
Not noticing much else I do feel lazy/lethargic...

I feel like napping often

(Wtf) part ....the one thing that I have noticed that is really scaring me is.... this morning I wash my face and did my hair... I looked in my hands and there was a lot of loose hair maybe 10 strains washed my hands and ran my fingers through my hair again same thing ... I'm not sure what's up with that... But I'm watching to see what happens

I've read of constantly sweating on Dnp I have not experienced that....? I'm popping 250 every 12 hours which if I'm not mistaken = 500 a day I don't know due to the fact that unfortunately they don't have much on DNP I'm hoping this helps put a idea on things and what to expect and to be honest you never really know if its really 250 or what ever they say it is.... :(

nice bro....u lost 3 pounds a day until day 4.....its funny u started at 217.4 thats EXACTLY WHAT I WEIGHED IN AT YESTERDAY......
 
if it's real pretty soon your sweet and evwn your loads will turn yellow. You shiould be getting pretty sweaty soon. Be careful. It could hit yuo like a ton of bricks. That's when it gets dangerous. You will hold water until you stop it, which masks the leanness.

This was a Interesting day. i woke up very sweaty my girl put a blanket in between us ...it didn't feel like I had a shot of hot sauce as it normally would after 5 minutes of consuming DNP. I also notice I didn't have any acid reflux which was really nice. I forgot to do my ECA'S ..i stayed pretty much on the move didn't notice too much lethargy as well that's basically it... little clammy through out the day.


Dnp 250 at 9am and again tonight at 9pm.
 
I've ran DNP and it scared the hell out of me I had all the normal sides you would see but with one added twist white and I mean Snow White poop. Not a good sign trust me.
 
Day. 6
1/10/16. 213 lbs

Woke up a few times last night do to being very sweaty but it only occurs when I sleep. I become a sweaty mess
Like im experiencing a high fever while at rest... But I have noticed interestingly it's not throughout the day. I don't know why that may be... but.. it happens to be what I'm experiencing ....only sweating when I'm sleeping.

I Did feel some lethargy but it wasn't that bad.

Did do my eca stack twice today.. I felt Nothing on my eca stack? Perhaps I've not taken enough ....I didn't have the let's do something feeling like I normally would...perhaps I'll pop a aspirin next time or a half being I don't have kids aspirin's..

Heart burn/ reflux as normal. about 3-5 min after consumption...

I've noticed no difference in my look
I'm not expecting magic I'm just simply implying I've noticed nothing.

Dnp 250 twice 9 am and 9pm

heartburn like I said normally comes in after about 3 minutes of consumption goes away after about 5 to 10min


Eca 3x today

one thing that I've noticed is above my adams apple it seemed tender.....?

No sweat during the day... Only at night

I go number #2 more often idk why perhaps it's the eca

I'm really not seeing much as in result's.... But with that being said I'm no fool... I'll continue my cycle as planned because this is something you don't play with

I'm not seeing too much as in weight loss... they say that you lose a pound a day from day 4-7 it's been the same.. I'm just tossing it out there...but then again it could be water weight that's why I said again I'm not going to be a fool and up my dose that how people get hurt I have read that you do happen to gain water weight on the DNP I don't know how true it is but this is my experience so far ... the scale don't lie I've got two
 
I don't think it's necessary to run eca or T3 with DNP, they just add extra stress on your heart. Your thyroid is located above your adams apple.

My girl said my belly looks bloated kinda swollen..?
Idk what the fuck that's about perhaps water retention

but as far as that goes I don't see any results maybe a bloated stomach....idk yet ....6 more days maybe I'll see something then lol

heartburn wasn't much little to none today:)

I had a sheet over me.. my girl had two blankets and a sheet

to be honest I still can't see any difference I feel like my stomach looks bloated my girl constantly says that to me I tell her I'm having a baby elephant the trunks already hanging out

Eca twice today

No sweating during the day only at rest

even though I'm not seeing any results the only thing that I'm noticing is that I'm sweating at night I'm not going to up my dose because this is not something to play with you will die I'm on 500 a day

to be honest with you the best thing I can compare it to is tren.... night sweats

I really don't think that you'll lose weight like how people play it out in there head's... but again I haven't been on it that long... It's only my 9th day

I was expecting to see dramatic results because of what's said about Dnp... And that is, you will see a big difference... I have not seen any yet...I have been going to the gym also ....

I'm only stating this because if you think that you're going to pop a pill and see a life change look think again...I'm going to the gym I'm eating fairly decent I'm not doing high cardio because I want to keep my muscle mass but it's not going to happen at least it hasn't yet ...as this is my experience.... but hey I'm only 9 days in
and knowing that I'll be looking every day in the mirror and probably won't notice it i had taken a before picture and I will take an after picture and a few in between which I will post I'm only saying this because just like me there are so many that are curious about the DNP...

Not really seeing any noticeable difference....

Same as before post.... Getting kinda disappointed because I know soon I'll be coming off haven't really achieved any difference at all... But hey I'm still on at 500 a day...

Last night was the sweatiest I've been.. But not much as in getting shredded
 
You see the diff when you drop it. You will hold water and look shit while on it.

No Sweat's

I really am not noticing a thing kinda depressed because I know I'm coming off and have not really seen any to very little results

Weight lost:
I know I'm going to be asked did I lose weight
yes a few pounds ...but I also used the eca stack and typically lose the same amount ....

Just for the record

Day 1: I weighed myself at night.... So it was not 100%
Day 2: was a 100% in the morning


I guess I lost 4 lbs.... But I was running the eca stack and normally i lose the same just on the eca stack alone

Overall I guess it wasn't too bad running the dnp just for the experience..... But I didn't see any difference at all

I was supposedly taking 500 250 every 12 hours I can say I honestly did not notice any of the sides that everybody says it has other than that I've had heavier night Sweat's on trent and eca

They say you see the result's in a few days after.....I hope that's true because I feel let down.... So I'm sure hoping
 
Must have some weak dnp. The stuff I have turns me, the bottle and all the bottles around it yellow.

I hope you lose a few more pounds by Friday now your done taking the DNP .

Caught this thread a little late.... Next time if you ever run DNP again, set up a fan to blow on you at night time. Makes sleeping much more tolerable. Glycomann mentioned the water retention and it really does make you look like shit and takes a week or two to dissipate after you stop taking it.

For some (me included) DNP works best with no carbs and low intensity cardio.

Can't believe I didn't see this earlier.

Interesting results.

I've used DNP quite a bit, but I definitely wasn't running EC stacks or anything else along with it -- I save those for other times and it's definitely not needed (though I'd still use a pre-workout for the energy because the lethargy from high enough dosed DNP is miserable).

My situation was different in that I have a small pituitary tumor (and there may be more at play other than that, but that is at least 100% confirmed) and I couldn't lose weight regardless of diet/exercise (after being a ripped 208 at 6' and then slowly climbing to 300 lbs. after nearly 2 years while still exercising).

Anyhow, I went from 300 to 240 with DNP (and obviously lifting like a beast and eating right -- as I always had been) in 4-5 months.

Since then, I've had to just basically live with the fact that I can't lose weight without it, so I keep my diet very tight and then will run a minimal amount of DNP for a very short time every so often to drop a couple lbs.

I think the most I ever dosed in one day was about 600mg. But I started at 50 and slowly worked up to 200-250mg/day and stayed there for quite some time. And I was losing some solid weight starting at 300 lbs. with a dose of that much per day, so that's why I was thinking the results here were definitely not what I'd expect.

It's a potent drug and to be respected. I wouldn't use it if I had any other options. It works, but it's not pleasant.
