Did anyone else see the Rich Piana YouTube where he said beginning the Monday after January 1st he's going to gain thirty pounds in three months and he's telling and showing everything he's doing to accomplish this goal. And he's inviting his viewers to join him and follow his plan.
That one will be fun to follow.
Being he said he is OFF the last 3 months of this year before he starts cycling again on Jan 1, most of it will just be regaining back lost gains. I enjoy watching him for the most part - very entertaining. However, one has to be wise enough to filter through some of his BS.
Seen a vid the other day by him and his magic "secret" for getting big arms. He says go out and buy 2 15lb dumbells. Every night immediate before you sleep, do 100 reps of lying extensions, supersetted with 60 reps of hammer curls. Do 3 supersets. Then crash immediately. He says since you did this right before sleeping, your mind will dream about growing - same way as many will have bad dreams when watching a sick horror flick right before sleeping. He says that since one grows while sleeping, this added subconscious effect will bring about new growth. BWAHAHHAHA! Funny shit. He recommends to do that EVERY night for a YEAR.

Bad thing about it was you read all the comments of young, natty guys who takes him so literal and serious, they were complaining about their elbows hurting and feeling weak in the gym from doing all that volume every night. F$%^ed up advice right there.
Btw, he introduced this whole scheme - about the pump sets, not the dreams lol - as "feeder sets". The idea of feeder sets is to do 2 or 3 light, low intensity pumps sets for said body part in between normal workouts to flush some blood in there, bringing in nutrients, helping flush out lactic acid and promote faster recovery. HOWEVER, they are not meant to be done EVERY damn day religiously, and not for excess volume. Piana CAN be a trip for sure.
