yea a dozen would be more appropriate. try the pasteurized egg whites you can drink those in the am.
other than meal 2 you aren't consuming any fats. we need to sharpen this up a little.
meal 1 :
4 egg white, oats
meal 2:
6oz chicken b, nuts, fishoils, tblspn nat pb
meal 3:
1 cup brown rice 4oz.tuna
meal 4:
same as 2
meal 5:
pwo shake maybe simple carb or 2
meal 6:
8oz talapia or chicken b... with greens
i dont eat many carbs at all... might explain my lack of strength... but i am still growing size
