How much baking soda in water?

Ok so I've been trying to find the appropriate dosing without near immediate explosive diarrhea...tablespoon was too much that I had an accident just before making it in a port o potty and had to throw away underwear and clean with hand sanitizer and single ply ...and luckily I was at home this time but eyeballed a teaspoon in water and 10 minutes later im posting this from the toilet...I am sampling a vibration water with added minerals that is supposed to bring your body to homeostasis or alkaline daily about 1/2ml too...I work route as driver so I really don't luxury of toilet whenever I want...have to plan it beforehand...

How much baking soda in water should be taken daily with these variables?
