Big kid but he is associated with that ass hat Piana so that takes a lot away from him

Moving 375 with one arm is a lot of weight, although what he was doing, I wouldn't consider it a row.

Not a row but with that weight and one arm, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and call it a row.
I definitely would not want to be the one who tells him it's not a row!

hes a fuckin mutant, looks like shit and his form is gonna prob get him hurt but hes a helluva a lot stronger than I am.

Man you guys are crazy saying that ain't a row.lol :wackit: The ROM he uses for the weight is great - see guys doing much less ROM with half that weight.

lol its a better row than I would do with 375 but that form was horrible, if you saw someone rowing a 75# DB like that you would laugh at them...His squat was impressive tho and had good form to it.

Indeed, doing that with a 75lb db is laughable, but other than him setting it down to the floor on each rep, the ROM isn't really that bad CONSIDERING that weight. That's common form actually for many using a 150-180lb db. Branch & JJ do about half that ROM with half that weight - but these guys have about the worst form around haha.
