It's been a rough year.
Stopped training in September due to my arm and trap injuries,
But watched my diet and stayed around 220.
Started up training again last month.
Still injured, but descovered it's the nerve(s), not the muscles,
so figured if I could tolerate the constant fatigue, then progress could be made.
Here's how I look approaching my 52nd birthday, (this Saturday).
