Well, not 60 YET, but in a couple months. I posted these a couple days ago & then deleted them bcoz blurry as my 11 y.o son took them. But I'll put them back up since unlike many years ago I used to post pics all the time, it's a rare event these days haha. :p

5'11.5" & 267 here.

Looking great for nearly 60 brother...keep grinding!

Weight training helps keep us oldsters young and perhaps someday we'd be looking for a retirement home that has a gym!

I'm almost 50 and lost most of my mass. Maintaining all those Mass gotta be hard.

Thanks brother. Honestly I guess it's that I still go as heavy as possible on everything that "I can" in the 8-12 range, slightly higher reps for legs. I say "I can" bcoz of RC issues, I will never be able to bench/incline/military what I could 15-20 years ago. However on most other stuff I'm as strong as ever. I just thank God that my joints still allow me to.
