86 days in, most muscular

Here it is, 86 days since I started the superset kick.
FInished 96 supersets so far, that's 19,200 reps.
That's why they call it volume training.
I feel better conditioned, which was one of my goals.
In all, I am happy to look like this at the beginning of Spring!
I feel as though I made some strides in the right direction

Thank you much for the kind words.
The next season will require some dietary tweeking to shave that last few layers. All in good time.
I find that I make better progress when I am not in a rush for results.
Set a plan, do the plan, measure the results, adjust the plan, repeat what works, ditch what doesn't... LOL, that's the plan!
 
It might be interesting to note that I started and finished the superset challenge at about the same weight; 228.
Just a change in body composition with a new frame of mind.
Oh, and it feels great to have my abs showing and maintain a 34" waist.
If I changed my diet I would take the next step.
At least I'm aware of it, doesn't mean I'll do anything about it.
