98 rep squats at 40 yrs old

ok....why didn't he just throw on some real weight and go for like 20 instead? I'm trying that tuesday at the gym.

its been proven that trained athletes receive no benifit from resistance training at less than 50% 1RM

Benifit- a measurable improvment in performance.
