I just wanted to take the time to thank you all for the help you have given me either directly or indirectly. It's not often that the quality of your health improves as you age. But, two changes I have made due to board posts have made a significant impact on my daily life.

The first was a thread I made about heartburn and it was suggested that Cialis may be the culprit. Sure enough I drop the Cialis and a few days later I have measurably less heartburn but am also able to eat another entire meal daily. Wow! Still have a bit when I rise in the morning but by 10:00 I am GTG.

The second was the thread on the prostate in which it was suggested that antihistamines may be the reason I had to piss five times a night. Well, I drop the Nyquil and shortly there after I am getting up twice at most. My stream hasn't improved much but my sleep sure has.

I apologise for not giving specific credit, but know I appreciate the help and am glad I am part of this board.

Hell yeah man! I wish I would have did even MORE reading here (well, it was IT & A & E) back when I was doing my first cycles. I only really read about gear but not so much countering sides. I remember when I weighed 280 - my heaviest - and my friggin' shoes fit so tight I figured the muscles in my feet were growing too bwhahhaa! Of course they were just bloated as hell and I shoulda been on an AI duh. LI has had some great boards over the years - thanks to that guy that lives "in that state up north"!

Hahaha. LI is a good dude. But IT was C4's board. We came over here when it was AE after IT shut down. The switch was very smooth and the board set up is very similar so I understand how everyone gets that confused. It's like IT never went anywhere.

It's good to hear you got the right advice about the cialis and your heartburn. I think beefnewton gave you a proper diagnosis.
I was just wondering earlier today if you had quit with the dick juice and if your acid reflux had improved.
Ive learned so much from reading the threads here.
You can go to a lot of different boards and find conflicting info and advice. But here, there is so much collective knowledge that is reliable and that places Peak above a lot of other boards.

I think a factor is the age and wisdom of the membership. Unless someone is sure of the answer they are giving they won't chime in. You don't get all that grey noise. makes for fewer posts but the ones you get are a bit stronger and experience based

Well that is the clear difference for sure. There are boards I belong to but never post as some know it all will slam you and I'm too old for that. Along with that people feel free to give an opinion based on experience so you have a wide array of options to consider.

Thanks guys, I hope to be on more as the gym picks up but at the moment it is my mistress and requires constant attention.

Yeah I remember it was initially Canucks board until he went rat and awol. I thought LI took over as admin shortly before it went under. Could be wrong here. Maybe your right - for some reason I always think as IT, A&E & here as all the same long going board with different names - dunno why haha.

I think LI just gives that vibe like you've known him forever. I'm pretty sure that's how it went down. Maybe he'll chime in.
