I've been doing volume supersets since I started back.
My arm pain is excrutiating, but only when I'm not using it, so I've been hammering it in the gym. Certain movements are definately limiting, but the supersets help keep my muscles pumped up and seem to work well.
In my third week back in over a year, I feel there is hope as I'm getting good pumps with relatively light weight (well, light for me).
Maybe tonight I can get some sleep.
Took this front shot today, after a chest/back/arms workout.

Looking good, very nice arms and shoulders. From what I can see of the chest, it;s looking pretty good to.

You need to try a master's comp in the spring bro.

It's kinda blurry. But upper looks a bit flat. I'd concentrate on incline. BB first one week. DB first the second. Then week 3 start flat. Week four go back to the inclines.

I spent almost a year like that and had my incline higher than my flat. It paid off. My upper chest pops.

Good points! I always could incline more than I could flat bench and my upper pecs are pretty good.

Good posts above. And looking good man. I would start incline more. I think that should be most peoples main chest lift. IMO incline press makes the chest complete and it's sometimes overlooked by some.

Yes... And use the decline bench to hold your gym bag..

I would have to agree with everything stated above me. You have came a long way Mr.HTBD and I agree with lifts that you should try and shoot for a masters comp in the spring or early fall of 2012!

I agree with the others for sure. Lookin real good ,keep it hittin hard as hell . For the amount of time you took off and just getting back at it you held great size and definition . Liftsiron said it best ,,,,,Hit that Masters comp in the spring .

Adding on to the incline exercise idea I like what softy told me. He sets the bench 4 inches lower at the ass end of the bench (opposed to a 30degree angle) it is nearly flat but it takes out a lot of shoulder. I've been going for a month and I can tell its going to give me good separation soon.
