I thought about it, getting small, trimming down, punitizing for the sake of being an ab queen, but decided against it.
Sure, I'm not in my best shape, but don't have the pangs and pains I had when I was ripped: sore elbows, hairpoint nerves, sensitivity, old injuries subsiding.
Now I have some beef-extra, and thought about getting small again, but hell, my shoulders are still 2 feet across, my traps are like mountains, and my biceps get pumped from just using the controller, my calves are 18" nonpumped, and I can cvarry two kids around for the better part of an afternoon.
So, to counter the talk, I decide to bulk.
My grandfather was 285, so genetically it is possible. I don't take steriods, so the diet will have to go into overdrive.
Here's the thing, I teach in the city to a rough and genetically different demographic than myself. The past three years, I dieted over the summer and started school at 230. Now I'm 250, and, seriously, not around the waist, so people notice. I don't do it for attention but because I'm comfy and busy with other stuff. This year, I want to go in at least 255 to 262. That would be beastly, and maybe keep the "natives" settled enough for me to accomplish the job at hand without the uneccessary bullshit. Rant over, where's my plate o' chicken and beans?
