The ITBS is a real bitch and I have an Axhilles tendonitis that refuses to heal. I'm pissed!

Well I had my first shockwave therapy session today. It hurts but seems to be working. I'm in less pain already. Next session is next Thursday. Physiotherapist told me that he would work on the ITBS, Achilles' tendon and wrist (this injury is new and doc seems to think that it's the ligaments).

ITBS Sucks thats a hard one to stretch. I have had some luck with Active Release Technique on soft tissue stuff. Might help with the Achilles. I also had a prp shot in my Achilles. Hurts like a mother but got me running again back in the day.
