Hey guys, I have almost 3,000 posts and I can tell you that hardly any of them is a bunch of BS wasting space on this board. When we first opened I busted my balls to post anything helpful I could find!!!

Take some time and read through some of the old posts on the board. Myself and some of the other members put a lot of work into this site when we were lucky to have 50 members and there is alot of info "hidden" on the board. If you have some free time go through read some old posts and if you find anything good bump it for the other members to read.

IMO PremierMuscle isn't getting enough credit for the great info that is on this board!!!!

Good point! PM has tons of great info, as much or more than any board that I visit.
