Another Movie Review: The Aviator

I was impressed with this movie. I was expecting a cut and dry play on Howard Hughes and his fall from power. Instead... it highlighted his early accomplishments and his renegade style that defied the odds and everyone who tried to stop him. It does show the progression of his mental deterioration.... but never shows the horrible downward spiral into drug addiction and insanity.
The actress that plays Katherine Hepburn is great. I am not Leo fan... but he does well... very well.
Howard Hughes was a visionary... and a genius.

Be prepared for a long movie... several hours.
