OK, I'm sure we all remember the flame war that occurred between Danny and that one chic on MySpace.

Well, I was browsing the newly designed forums on MySpace and was reading topics about nutrition and exercise. I made a reply about creatine, and I my reply was simply stated as being "gay and a rookie."

Now, I know I still have a lot to learn but I believe my reply was far from being "gay" or "rookie."

For those of you who want to check it out and perhaps put these other idiots in their place (I would do it but I have too short of a temper), be my guest. Oh, and Seth and Tim, I think you guys would be great at doing the above.

you know what that was....a bunch of confusion by a whole lot of people who didn't really read the question or other's full responses! that's why they suck...and wouldn't be able to hang with all of us over here....not saying we'd make them feel unwelcome...but being argumentative for the sake of arguing...not cool.

Yeah, aruging on MySpace is just as bad as the arguing that goes on over at YouTube.

E-Thugging at it's best...that's one of the reasons why I quite posting like I used to on myspace groups and forums.

A lot of people train legs in the 15-20 rep range. Tell Branch Warren that it doesn't make his legs grow! You weren't really wrong about that mate.
