I'm willing to try anything to help with my knee pain. I'm already taking MSM with Glucosamine. Any ideas?

Its actually feeling a lot better now that the weather has changed. Since thats the case, I've determined that arthritis is to blame on the majority of the pain. Taking it day by day right now. If it flairs up again I'll try everyones suggestionsNarkissos said:So what have you decided on Buff?
