So the last few weeks Ive been gettn gas trapped in my stomach really uncomfortable any over the counter meds really good for releasing this gas? Also any over the counter meds good for sleep apnea?
 
Any otc with simethicone for gas. Benadryl for sleep not apnea. Often holding to much water at night causes apnea.
 
Bro when i used to put a lot of weight on fast i would eat a bunch of fiber with tons of water before bed and believe it or not it reduced my the gassy feeling and i slept better. i used that kind u stir and lots of water. try it see if it helps
 
i was about to say fiber lol... but i figured it would sound crazy... but yes fiber works 4 me... even simple as bran cereal in fat free milk...
 
ya i take in lots of fiber but not b4 bed ill give all advice a try thanks!
 
Both Diphenhydramine and Simethicone can be bought over the counter at any drug store.

Honestly Lifts that is what caused mine plus a little weight gain fast but when the bloat went away so did the sleep apnea, good luck t hope some of this works cuz not sleeping sucks the big donkey cock
 
yes it does really bad!! i havent gained any weight im on a cutting cycle so Ive lost weight I think the bloat/gas is def a major factor! plus waking up sweatn like crazy and not even hot thats the best feeln!!
