I have the
www.muscleculture.com/forums/index page saved to my favorites and I still had problems.
First time I had issues was Monday when everyone started moving over here. I got "Internet Explorer Cannot display" message. In the bottom left corner it said "waiting for ___ website" for a bit and then kicked me to the cannot display page. It wasn't until 8 or 9pm that I was successful in getting here and joining.
Second time I had an issue was Wednesday (I believe), it gave me the same cannot display page, I hit the refresh, it came up. No big deal.
Then, yesterday, I went to sign in at 2pm, same page again. It continued until 3pm today (Saturday) and, with the exception of sleep, I was trying every 30 minutes or so thinking it might have been due to high traffic volume and it would be fine later in the day. Not the case, the problem continued well into the night, I finally called it quits about 1am.
That's the only message I'm getting. If I type in
www.muscleculture.com I get redirected to google asking if I mean another site but giving me the option of
www.muscleculture.com/forums/ I've tried all three, they don't work.
I tried changing security setting, rebooting, clearing the history, blah blah and NOTHING worked. I did notice, however, that when I was finally successful this afternoon the site was pretty dead. I really think this has something to do with the massive increase in traffic over the last week. But that's kind of a "Duh, Captain Obvious" kinda thing.
Also, I doubt this will mean much, but I did plenty of browsing on other sites with no problem. I've never had to lower my security settings and I've been on several of these vBulletin type forums. I had no other trouble with the internet, except here, yesterday and on Monday.
