Anyone not hungry after a workout?

Especially after leg day, I have zero appetite after my workout. Second PWO meal is mission impossible to get it all in :buff: . Anyone else like me?
 
with me its usually after running.. like when we do 4 mile runs in the morning.. especially if i make myself throw up during the run. i cant eat, but i make myself eat something, but i always seem to be hungry after a workout. does that mean im not eating enough prior
 
I'm pretty much ready to eat about 1-1.5 hrs after pwo shake. But leg day I dont seem to be able to eat quite as much.
 
you guy's ain't working hard enough if your hungry after a work out :D
 
it depends sometimes I am and sometimes im not... I train real hard but I usually leave a few in the tank, never burn out since I train my bench/squat/dead twice a week
 
i can always get down a shake, but theres alota xs where im forcin my chicken & potatoe after

its real tough after practice or a full out cardio thing
 
buff i have the same problem sometimes and it sucks now cus im bulking, but what i do usually after a workout is i drink something carbonated with my food so i burp, i know it sounds wierd but when i burp it makes more room for my food, and now with takin in like 5500 calories i gag on some food specially chicken breasts, but i keep shoving it down even tho after i wanna throw up, gotta grow some how eh
 
Im like that most of the time too. Im not hungry during certain times during the day, not necessary before or after training just at certain times. I have never been a big breakfast eater because I'm not hungry when I first get up in the morning. And usually when I eat in the AM it upsets my stomach. I would try making up for it with other meals Buff.
 
I get that way sometimes. On those days, I'll slam down half a weightgainer shake with some good carbs. It's less to eat and I don't gag nearly as much.
