Thats the normal price for real estate in this area... UNFORTUNATELY I paid $190k for it when I bought it. The housing market in Michigan is in the toilet right now.
I am selling because I need to move to a different area, my mortgage is horrible and I need to get out of it, and since I am getting married - we don't want to live in the house I bought with my ex-wife.

Good reasons.....
The housing is in the toilet in most areas. I saw on the TV some builders are giving up to $20K off homes if you sign the contract and everything in 3 days.
Good luck though selling it.
