Shit until yesterday I hadn't measured my arms in like forever. Yesterday I kicked arms and a couple Filipino bros wanted to join in as usual. Here was my gig...

alt db curls - 20's x 20, 40's x 12, *50's x 12, *60's x 9, *65's x 7
db preacher curls - 35's x 15, *50's x 12 + 5 partials/burns, *60's x 7+ 5 partials/burns
ez-bar 21's - 2 sets, 80 lbs.

cable pressdowns - 80 x 30, 110 x 15, *140 x 12, *160 x 8
skullcrushers - 110 x 15, *130 x 12, *150 x 7
one arm overhead db ext - 30 x 15, *40 x 12, *50 x 8
tricep dips (between 2 benches) - 2 sets max reps - 32, 24

* = worksets

Soooo, after we finish up, these guys go grab a tape measue behind the desk and start measuring their pipes. :p They insist to check mine, so I give in - 50 cm on the dime, fully pumped. Damn tape didn't even have inches on it...but hey, its Philippines. I checked the conversion online and its 19.7". Thats a far cry of 21" when I was ON and weighing 270 haha! But I can dig it...I've been OFF for well over a year now, and weighing 235 I have much better lines now and feel light on my feet. However, I DAMN sure wish I had me some good ol' test about now haha! :wallbash: :D

19.7 is still fucking big bro! makes my 19's feel small as hell now

Lmao. I like your stories bro.
I picture myself sittin cross legged on the floor listening and then I ask, "what size were their arms?"
