I just bought a solar generator came with 2 smaller ones and other goodies. Living in Florida for close to 70 years we've had our share of power outages due to hurricanes. I can tell you it is miserable. The worst was 2004, hurricane Charlie. We had no.power for 4 weeks and no water for 2 weeks. It sucked. The only way we had gas was because my wife was a city employee at the time, and they provided gas for c all their people. So now im a bit more prepared. Has anyone had ant experience with these solar powered generators? Did I just waste a bunch of money? Or was it a worthwhile investment? Got to keep my gh refrigerated lol

I have several gas generators I am interested in how yours works. Give it a test run and see what kind of load and how long it will last. Hope it surpasses expectations

Guys, go with the whole house generators, like Generac. Here we are similar to Florida and subject to a hurricane or tornado as almost any time of the year. Not to mention once or twice a month power outages. Power goes off and in 5 seconds the generator kicks in and powers the whole house until power is restored. We had no power after a storm for 4 days and it was in the middle of July, hot as shit. We were the only ones in the neighborhood with full power. AC running, my wife washed and dried clothes, etc
