As i sit and watch tv..........

So im on my comp and then turn to the TV to watch a Veterans Day report....flashes of MANY dead men and Women...who scarificed there LIVES for this fucked up Government....and all for WHAT?....only emotion going through my mind/body was pure Anger.....whats this fucking war al about?...please give me a good answer....yeh exactly,its worthless fucking war we are fighting for some worthless bastards who Hate us....YET we sacrifice OUR people for THEM......FUCK that shit man!////..........Bush oh dont get me started on that fuckwad....Answer me this....WHY do we always stick our FUCKING noses in other peoples business?....I already know the answer,,,,Cruci...i know u know why.....ih fuck thats my rant....God help this fucking land...........Z
 
It's very sad to see all those brave young men and women dead, all with so much to live for, sorry kind of leaves me without words.

Yes it is sad man.....its a no win situation if u ask me....im just tired of it alll,thats all.....we fight other peoples wars for WHAT?...im not trying to get into a political debate,it just makes me sick.......FUCK them....USA is number 1....lets keep our MOney and Soldiers here,.,,,,,im out 10-56 dammonot.....Z
 
I didn't vote for Bush either time and was against the Iraq invasion. I have a son sitting in Northern Iraq at Tal Afar not far from Mosul. I hate the war in Iraq but believe that if we don't take the fight to them, it will come to us. I'll never forget 9/11. I want Bin Laden's head on a platter. I'm thankful that we aren't required to speak German. I don't want us to be required to have to speak Arabic either.

I wish the very best for your son, as well as the rest of our troops. I'm a veteran but never seen combat, as I was in during peace time.

Thanks Lifts. I'm proud that you served our great nation and were ready to do your duty if called up. I was just a bit too young for Nam. It wound down right about the time my draft number was coming up. I almost joined the Air Force anyway but had a couple of other agendas in mind.

That's one aspect I liked about Obama over McCain. Obama is all for supporting the veterans whereas McCain didn't even vote on many key veterans' issues.

Unearth said it best "What fickle angels are we? our divided brothers we slay." War is a waste of human potential..but sadly a reality. Especially with some of the psychos in the world today.
 
Read "The Israel Lobby and US Foreign Policy." It is a book written by by John Mearsheimer, Professor of Political Science at the University of Chicago, and Stephen Walt, Professor of International Relations at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. It will explain a lot about this :)
