Anyone ever tried their program or watched this guys youtube videos. Seems very knowledgeable and helped me work with injuries and understanding my body more. I tried the first day of his program and boy am I sore. It's a nice change up from the classic bodybuilding routines for mass for me.
 
I'm your situation with needing flexibility and bursts of speed and power for fighting and baseball/basketball it seems like a great series of video and program to follow.
