I'm sick of tired of people asking me for well designed diets and programs that take a lot of my time . I put a lot of effort and reply tons of questions via PM FOR FREE and then i get the most stupids questions " like i oNly lost 4 lbs in a week : , my hubby wont kiss me cuz of this diet my breath stinks.."can i have more than one cheat meal? " I hate cardio and veggies". etc , etc...WTF!!...SOME FUCKING PEOPLE ,I TELL YA

ADMINS ,BAN ME IF YOU WANT ( IM NOT SPAMMING )...BUT ANYBODY THAT WANTS A PERSONAL, WELL STRUCTURED DIET AND PROGRAMS IS GONNA HAVE TO PAY $...
 
Sorry for taking up so much of your time Oly, next time some one offers to help me learn new eating habbits, I'll think twice. Thanks though for posting some of my questions out of context and emberassing me. I hope you feel good about yourself.

I'm not going to give up on me, cause if I do then then its over and I'm dead and just another statistic. I'm on to week two even if I have to go it alone and try to figure it out by myself.

Oly ain't weight watchers... diets aren't suppose to taste good thats why you buy a lot of gum and brush often..

youre just one example..youre not the only one..it was not directed towards you nor i mentioned nay names but since you decided to post that crap.....the truth is i wrote you 2 diets that you had to alternate during the week. (for the record I train fitness chicks that wont complain about a thing and paid me 400 bucks per program) ..that was a week ago..you lost 4 lbs in your first week and you pm'ed today telling what can you do or change because you only lost 4 pounds , that you're desperate and that hubby wont kiss you becasue your breath stinks ?? TRY FLUSHING FOR CHRIST SAKES..... and the excuses dont stop ,this ,that ,this...im gonna be harsh but you can try 10000 millions diets and wont work..the problem is YOU, stop being making yourself a victim of your weak mind....Stop making excuses for yourself or you will NEVER obtain nor reach any goals in life...dont look for the problem look for the answers and ways to resolve the problem..at the eNd of the day it's your life ,your body.
..IT didnt take you one week to get to 278 lbs..there ,yeah , be mad ,be very mad at me...use all that energy and PROVE me wrong.i will be the first one to congratulate and praise you////.i send you all the info ,well detailed about the thing you have to do..the BALL IS IN YOUR COURT..WHATCHA GONNA DO WITH IT?

Thats OK black...I understand your point.

However I learn by asking questions...some may seem stupid to a guy who knows it all !! But if you don't know, then the only way to learn if to ask a question. If I knew the answers then I wouldn't be 268lbs!!

Aren't we all here to learn anyways.... to support each other and help each other out..isn't that why we post pictures of ourself and our routines/diets????

I'm not angry...I've been made fun of my whole life..this isn't new. There are some really nice people on this forum and they are willing to help me and I am greatfull to them for that. I look forward to losing weight and becomming a healthier role model for my girls!!! I'll keep you all posted on my progress.

If you don't have the time to answer questions then I don't need your help!! I'm not looking for a quickfix and I told you that, if you wanna stick with chicks who will pay you for your advice then thats your decision. I wanted to know why???? what makes it work?? is this normal ....is that normal....and you put me down... I want to learn...not just do it cause you wrote it!!

No hard feeling Oly... Like I said I'm not mad. I know you did the best you could and you get this alot. I'm sorry. I'm still following your diet as YOU wrote it. I'm still looking forward to my results, I've just lowered my expectation a little thats all..they are more realistic now. I expected more cause you said FAST and tons of weight in my other thred... I totally understand know what you ment. Your diet is easy and is working so I'm sticking to it. I told you that I don't want to "fuck it up" as you put it, that I would follow what you wrote.... and I am.
 
you lowered your expectations? youve been dieting for only 1 WEEK AND YOU ALREADY LOST 4 pounds WHILE EATING 5 TIMES PER DAY..What ELSE were you expecting / to lose 40 lbs in one week in healthy matter? ..nevermind ,what do I know
 
your blowing everything out of proportion Oly....your very smart but your attitude gets in the way sometimes.

I just figured that the first week being the biggest change would bring a little bit bigger results, not 40... I'm not that retarded!!

Its Ok Oly, thank you for your knowledge and time. I haven't given up... I'm still doing it.... making meal 3 as we speak.......
 
If you can lose 4lbs per week you are on pace to weigh 70lbs at the end of 1 year, not bad.
 
let me correct myself you lost 4 lbs in 3 -4 days.. most get lucky if the lose 2 weekly
 
when you lose weight incredibly fast ur not only losing fat but also muscle. crissy ima use you as an example hope you dont mind. u lost 4lbs on the scale. now if you knew 3 of those pounds were fat and 1 lb was muscle. now how many pounds do you wish you lost in that week? your best bet is to take measurements of your waist or i think for womens ur supposed to measure above the navel. anyhow even if ur weight stays the same it doesnt mean your not losing bf, could be ur putting on muscle and thats why the scale isnt moving and is also why measurements are a better way of keeping track of body fat.
 
In 3 days of dieting I'm sure 3 out of those 4 pounds were water weight..Her body hasnt even recognize the diet and caloric deficit yet , too soon...

absolutely agree. i just ment when she really starts getting into it after couple weeks. its not about the number on the scale.
 
It gets fustrating, back in the I.T. days I kept myself busy helping out others, then I had to figure out that most people just listen to what they want to hear. I then decided to just help the one's that I felt really listened.

I just want to chime in real quick as this post relates to you.

You have been overweight and asking for advice for many years now, everytime something goes wrong and everytime you come back asking for advice

I know for a fact your gettin GREAT advice

With that said, i think you need to focus on things that can keep you motivated to achieve your goals

Once people realize how hard it is to be in shape when you look how incredibly easy it is to eat poorly they loose steam

So I think you, like many other people just need to figure out ways to stay motivated.

Oly is a great guy, his a guru when it comes to fitness and gayness LOL just follow his advice and you will get there. Losing weight is not an overnight process. its a long run for example Black and me. so why in a hurry when you want to loss weight give your self a time and keep your diet simple.

I hear you ,bro.. but it's not personal ..after 28 years on this planet people still amaze me and i have a feeling is gonna continue until the day I die.


there is a saying in Italian that goes something like this " Sometimes if you see a man drowing help him by pushing is head and hold it under water for as long as you can.."
 
I can relate to you on this... It can be very frustrating when the person your trying to help is their own worst enemy...

Often many of my friends come to me for advice whether it be health related or just personal issues and it can become irritating when they get in their own way over and over again. The best thing to do is come back to it after you have been away from it for a while.

I think you should also know that many here appreciate and respect your advice... I know I have personally used some of your techniques off of post I have seen and am grateful for them. thank you!
