b12 not subq - need advice

While trying to help my friend, she's run into a problem - she has serious needle phobia, to the point where subq shots are out of the question.

B12 absorption is horrid , any advice ?

aside from her getting over the phobia (the phobia is due to using H and falling in love WITH needles ... )
