I agree with peptideman sub q at 1000mcgs a week is a good place to start. I have been doing this for over a year...great for energy and balancing hormones too...most women are deficient..
The absorbtion between the too is a huge difference. With oral the only thing i notice different is my urine turns fluro yellow. With inject, after an hour of injection i fell rejuvinated and very energetic and clear headed. I usually have mine on back day, so even after doing heavy compound lifts like deadlifts i feel great after my workout. it also boosts appetite.
