As always, kept it simple. No magic or gimmicks, short but sweet, bust ass on worksets. Rest adequate enough for worksets to use heavy weights...

wide grip lat pulldown - 20, 15, *10, *8
bb row - 15, 12, *10, *8
T bar row - 12, *10, *8 (triple drop after last workset)
underhand grip pulldown - *10, *8
db pullover - 12, *10, *10
hyperextensions - 20, *15, *12 (sub deads every other week)

* = worksets

Result = back was pumped to the gills. No ILS here, only LS. :D
