I actually should just say that I am back from Vegas, I'll explain. This year the whole ordeal left me wondering if I will ever go back. We got there on Friday and went to the expo, it was at the Vegas convention center which was not near as nice or set up as well as when it was at Mandalay bay. The only people that I really talked to or cared to talk to other than a few pro's I always talk to was Randy Couture and Forrest Griffin, both really nice guys and Forrest is one goofy bastard. We walked around and I realized that bodybuilding fans are some lame ass mofo's. I guess I need to realize that not everyone like myself get to see pro's and shit alot because of where I live, but damn watching grown men jock these pro's makes me laugh. I mean come on. If these people ever heard what these pro's, especially guys like Lee Priest or Cormier say behind there back they would realize that it is all a big put on. I am so sick of seeing guys that are 5'10 and weigh 150lbs walk around in strip tank tops, baggys and otomix shoes with there arms all out and shit, IMS imaginary lat syndrome. Enough of my bitching, LOL.
That night we went out to The Rio where a guy I use to bounce for now runs the clubs there, like four of them. We went up to the VooDoo lounge on the 54th floor and partied like rock stars til about 6 in the morning and then partied more back at the hotel til about 9. Needless to say, I didn't go to pre-judging at noon, which I had free tickets too or the expo again, which I really hadn't planned on anyways, 1 day of the expo is all a normal person can take. The Orleans is a shithole compared to the Mandalay Bay and the whole experience there sucked as well. Not having the show and the expo at the same place was stupid and most people bitched about it. We were suppose to get free night show tickets and we probaly could have if we tried harder but I really could care less, Roscoe wanted to go until he found out the cheapest tickets were $133, which is too much to pay to see the "O" IMO, unless you have never been to one before. I hear it was all jacked up anyways. I guess I am getting burned out on the whole ordeal. We went out again on Sat night and partied alittle but I still was f*cked up from the night before so I went back to the hotel at about 4am and crashed out. I guess I can say I had alot of fun in Vegas, I always do, but this is the first year that I really didn't enjoy the Olympia. So I guess you can say I am back from Vegas and not actually back from the Olympia, since I didn't even go...LOL Oh well..
