So i didn't work out at all last week due to a back injury..........Actually my back has been going out once a week. I notice that it goes out when I do chest excercises.......needless to say that really sucks especially when i'm pricking myself......because I have a week area in my back (Between the shoulder blades) I think I really have to focus on form and go a little lighter on the weights.......
any suggestions on proper form? I think I read a long time ago that when doing bench pressess that you should keep shoulders back and lowered:confused: aahh help?

yes back flat. i always see guys in the gym lifting their backs and i think they are just asking for an injury.

is that how you keep hurting yourself? lower back?

no not lower back it's right between the shoulder blades and sometimes I do catch myselft lifting my back off the bench but for the most part i keep my back flat

Lower the weight bro no need for injury...I go low weights with extremely good form...i like the squeeze....even if the form is not textbook....just work it to the way it works the muscle the best

how would that affect the cycle that i'm on? or would it?
primo and eq 100 ml each once a week

what lowering the weight? it will do you better to use proper form then cheat bro.

and so it shall be done. I just didn't want to waste my cycle or my cash

well let me tell you.....It's the first time ever cycling, i've thought about doing one for about 18 years and i'm happy with it. The first 2 1/2 weeks i didn't notice anything but after that I started to notice that I could lift more weight and more reps so needless to say that i'm happy so far........Years ago I had a back injury in martial arts and the one area in my back goes out every once and a while so the chiro puts me back to gether again.....
but.....when I was doing the 1 ad and 4ad cycle I noticed that my back never went out ...... so I think that I might be just be pushing a little too hard........I'm going to take the advice from this thread which has been given to me (thank everybody very much) and focus on proper form and go lighter and see what happens.
over all i'm happy though. I'd say that within a year plus that I would like to do about 3 cycles total

IF YOU'RE INJURED and can't lift at all............then it's a waste.

I can lift I even went to the gym today and had a great workout....it's just that i think that i'm pushing myself too much because I'm taking the steroids.......so today I used less weight and focused on the form and lifted even slower than usual and I had a great work out.........I just have to realize me own limitations..........good times good times...
I DON'T WANT TO WASTE IT.....ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT'S MY FIRST TIME!

getnbig whenever you do chest be careful as to not push against the bench with your head with any great force. I have seen this lead to multiple injuries of the neck and spine.

I didn't realize that you could use your head to do a bench press....but i'll make sure that I won't use that technique
