So i didn't work out at all last week due to a back injury..........Actually my back has been going out once a week. I notice that it goes out when I do chest excercises.......needless to say that really sucks especially when i'm pricking myself......because I have a week area in my back (Between the shoulder blades) I think I really have to focus on form and go a little lighter on the weights.......
any suggestions on proper form? I think I read a long time ago that when doing bench pressess that you should keep shoulders back and lowered aahh help?
