Back Workout

Pyramid - increasing weight 5 set to failure.
t-bar rows
bent over rows
deads
shrugs
lat pull downs
 
1. T-Bar Row (12,10,8,failure)
2. Lat Pulldowns (12,10,8,failure)
3. Deadlifts (12,10,8,8)
4. Close grip Pulldown OR Barbell Row (8,8,failure)

This is what I try and get. Sometimes I will do a little bit less and other times I'll do more. It all depends how I am feeling each workout.

my back workout is been the same for a while i'll try this.. hey got ne good workouts for traps?
 
Bent Barbell rows 4 sets 12-10-8-6
Close grip reverse pulldowns 4 sets 12-10-8-6
HS pulldowns 3 sets 12-10-8
Cable rows 3 sets 8-8-8

The last two exercises i use mainly to isolate and hit every last fiber in my back

Deadlifts 4 sets 8-6-4-2
I like to shrug at the top of my deadlift. If you are doing traps with back i would finish with something like HS shrugs. I would be too spent to heavy shrugs on a barbell or db after back day.
