Dude NOTHING humbles ya more than fucking your back up. Been there, done that MANY MANY times. You can be built like Superman, and yet have to walk like a 100 y.o man, can barely sit down to take a shit, pain 24/7. I hurt mine the worst in 2000 squatting...thank God it didn't blow the disc out...however it did make the disc swell/bulge so much it was pressing on the sciatic nerve bigtime. Put me outta work for 18 months back then.
I seen a good chiro, but that only helped the pain temporarily. Had to eat many percs/vics too, but that was only to help tolerate the pain. In the end, for me, it just took a long time for the disc to regress back. Good luck brutha...hope you only mildly strained the lumbar muscle and didnt fuck up the spine/discs.
