hey guys! don,t want to bore the crap out of you, and get too serious! lol. butlast year i made some great gains, having not trained for eighteen months, due to serios prob with my lower back!. although it,s been going well, it,s been slowly creeping back since november! so anyone got any ideas on exercises to strenghten this area! and i,m not looking for anything including weights,haha. mabee i should take up yoga along with all the old ladies!!
